Look closely at the curb and you’ll see this car is clearly parked in a red zone. It also doesn’t help that he’s parked in front of 3 police cars.

See the Ford Crown and the rear mirror? My bet is he’s one of the detective.

I couldn’t understand some parts of this article CAUGHT! Car parked in a no stopping zone, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.
